Q: Do you take custom or larger orders for Sticky Finger sweets?
Why yes we do! Please go to Sticky Fingers Diner site for custom orders. Please note, the only sweets that we can ship nationwide are found on this website. While we happily offer custom cakes and cupcakes local to the DC Metro area, we unfortunately cannot ship them at this time.

Yes, we offer Wedding Cakes in the local DC area only. Please see our Weddings page for all the delicious details!
Q: Will my Sticky Finger sweets take longer to arrive during the holidays?
Holidays & busy times will set our little kitchen into a fury. If you would like treats to arrive by a specific date please order at least 14 days in advance. And remember, USPS does not deliver on Holidays!
Please allow a minimum of three days to process your order with possibly longer times during the holidays.
Q: When will my order ship out?
All mail-order items are shipped on either Wednesdays or Thursdays. Please allow a minimum of three days to process your order with possibly longer times (up to two weeks) depending on volume and season. All packages will be shipped with USPS priority 1-3 day shipping or UPS 1-2 day shipping, depending on availability. Packages can only be shipped to addresses in the United States.
Q: What if there is a problem with the delivery of my order?
Sticky Fingers Sweets & Eats is not responsible for:
- packages that have been marked delivered but not received.
- packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen within the USPS network.
- packages that are returned due to incorrect address given.
Sticky Fingers Sweets & Eats does not ship out replacement packages due to delayed delivery or lost/stolen packages.
We are a tiny little shop and we appreciate your business but unfortunately we are unable to guarantee the integrity of your delivery. Therefore, all sales are final, no refunds or returns, and order at your own risk putting your trust in the magical delivery gods.
Q: Can I get a refund or return my sweets?
Nope. We are unable to offer returns or refunds at this time. Please make sure to double check your order before placing it.
